Job Description

Adorable Chocolat is looking for a Chocolatier\'s Apprentice to assist in the production of our wonderful chocolates. This position has the potential to grow to a more senior position. This is a part-time position for the moment, with potential for more hours as time passes. Winter Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 12:00Noon

• Working directly with our chocolatiers in various capacities to acquire chocolate-making skills and independence in a variety of production areas.
• Food preparation (making caramel, ganache, fruit purees).
• Cleaning and preparing moulds and trays for production.
• Maintaining a clean and organized space, following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Supporting the packaging and retail staff (packaging products for storage, sale or shipping).
