Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Engage customers through effective communication and product knowledge to drive sales. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display that attracts customers. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays. Employ time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs, enhancing their shopping experience. Adhere to phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology tools. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage inventory effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
