Alleviate Holistic Health is an established, reputable, and growing practice that provides exceptional health services in Winnipeg. Alleviate's therapists use client-centered, trauma-informed approaches when working with clients to support their physical and emotional health.

We are looking for experienced health practitioners to join our newly expanded practice. Located in the North Winnipeg Soccer Federation complex at 770 Leila Avenue, our team has access to the foot traffic of over 200,000 people annually. Part of our team's in-house marketing will include unique advertising opportunities within this 15,000 square meter athletic facility and it's South Winnipeg counterpart.

We are looking for

: We are looking for a dedicated Chiropractor to provide exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of musculoskeletal health and be able to deliver effective chiropractic treatments tailored to individual client needs. This role involves assessing clients' health conditions, creating treatment plans, and educating clients on overall wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health histories and current conditions. Develop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans. Perform chiropractic adjustments and other manual therapies. Educate clients on posture, lifestyle changes, and exercises to enhance health and wellness. Maintain accurate and detailed client records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrated care. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in chiropractic care and holistic health.

Qualifications:

Registered Chiropractor with the Manitoba Chiropractors Association (MCA) or eligible for registration. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal health and chiropractic techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Accountabilities

Provide excellent treatment services to address clients' needs. Must practice cultural humility and have knowledge and understanding working with diverse populations. Adhere to professional standards and best practices in conjunction with those set out by Alleviate Holistic Health. Maintain appropriate charting and client documentation. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

Possess the ability to treat all clients with the utmost care. Have up-to-date Standard First Aid and CPR All practitioners must be licensed and in good standing with their respective associations.
