Deca Health and Wellness is a modern, patient-centered clinic seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary team. As a Chiropractor, you will play a key role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, with a strong focus on pain management, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. Your expertise will help patients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, hands-on therapy, and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and conditions. Administer chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and other therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term wellness. Utilize evidence-based chiropractic techniques, such as spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, active release, and manual therapy. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Provide guidance on stretching, strengthening exercises, and ergonomic adjustments to enhance patient well-being. Stay informed on advancements in chiropractic care and participate in professional development opportunities. Adhere to all ethical, professional, and legal standards in chiropractic practice.

Qualifications

Education:

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.

Licensing:

Valid chiropractic license and certification to practice in Ontario.

Experience:

Experience in primary care, rehabilitation, or sports therapy is an asset but not required.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred but not required:

Additional training or experience in modalities such as TENS, laser therapy, acupuncture, or Graston technique.
