Protouch Physiotherapy & Rehab Inc. is a well-established multidisciplinary clinic operating for over 13 years in a busy medical building with three family physicians and a pharmacy. With strong physician referrals, high foot traffic, and a large existing base of physiotherapy and massage therapy patients, we offer an excellent opportunity for a Chiropractor to grow within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused

Chiropractor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping patients achieve their best functional outcomes. You'll have access to an existing patient base and the support of experienced physiotherapists, massage therapists, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments to identify musculoskeletal conditions and develop appropriate care plans. Deliver high-quality chiropractic treatments and adjustments tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care. Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and home care strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards. Stay current with best practices and advancements in chiropractic and pain management techniques.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Active license in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and pain management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient care. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative clinical setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Split-based compensation model (details discussed during the interview).
