Chiropractor

Mississauga, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

Chiropractor - High Octane Training and Therapy

We're looking for a chiropractor who treats their craft like a discipline, who believes manipulations are not clickbait but a language spoken fluently through precision, intent, and feel.

High Octane Training and Therapy is not a typical clinic. We're an 8,400 sq. ft. integrated health and performance facility in Mississauga, built on collaboration between physiotherapists, psychotherapists, trainers, massage therapists, chiropractors, and more. We bridge the space between rehab and performance, and believe collaboration is the future of healthcare.

Our Ideal Candidate

You must be confident, calm, and very capable with your hands - specifically, the CT junction and ribs (if you love this area, that's a bonus). You understand that manipulation is one part of a broader system that includes movement, mobility, and strength. You value precision and purpose over flash and views on your social media. Your client, our clients, are the top priority.

You know how to make an impact (literally and figuratively). You know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and retain clients because they feel the difference when they work with you. You're someone who can start with 1 new patient and turn them into 3 referrals - growing through quality care.

You're also humble enough to learn from anyone in the room, whether it's a physiotherapist suggesting a new flow or a trainer detailing how an athlete moves under load. Our best practitioners are both leaders and students.

Requirements:

Licensed with College of Chiropractors of Ontario Additional certification in sport specific training or movement background strongly recommended Strong knowledge and application of exercise rehabilitation strategies, including Functional Anatomy/Range Systems Strong manual therapy skills Patient-first attitude Exceptional time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members A solid understanding of how different therapies (manual osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, etc.) in the clinic can benefit patient care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build individualized treatment and performance plans Integrate strength and conditioning principles into your approach Contribute to the community culture that defines High Octane

Compensation

Starts at

50% split

for chiropractors with less than 4 years of experience, and

60%

for those with more.

Responsibilities (in addition to standard Chiropractic care):

Create a treatment plan specific to the patient's needs Communicate plans to other team members assisting the client. Recommend alternative forms of treatment to patients/ refer them to other in-house therapists who can help. Clearly communicate a long-term plan beyond the rehab of an injury and into overall lifestyle.
If you've read this far and something in you stirs--if you're the kind of chiropractor who wants to work in a place that actually cares how people move, think, and live--then we'd like to meet you.

Apply with a short note about why you'd be a fit, and what excites you about joining a team like ours.

Perks:

Growth opportunities - ownership opportunities available Lively atmosphere Flexible schedule No WSIB or MVA claims (if you choose) Reception & online booking Private treatment room and large gym space Competitive percentage-split compensation Marketing and patients provided
