We are currently looking for a skilled chiropractor to join our team of 2 chiropractors. Our ideal candidate will be able to treat beyond "adjustments" to include soft tissue work, mobilization, etc. Typical treatment times average 30 minutes of hands-on manual therapy.
Osteoathletic is the fastest growing multidisciplinary sports clinic in Milton, securing more than 22 awards in 2024 for manual osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture & naturopathy and averaging 250 new patients per month.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on pain management.
Utilize medical terminology to document patient progress accurately.
Maintain effective communication with patients to educate them about their treatment options.
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to manage patient appointments efficiently.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements:
Licensed with College of Chiropractors of Ontario
Strong knowledge and application of exercise rehabilitation strategies, including Functional Anatomy/Range Systems (preferred, not required)
Strong manual therapy skills
Patient-first attitude
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all team members
A solid understanding of how different therapies (manual osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, etc.) in the clinic can benefit patient care
