WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a

Chiropractic Assistant / Practice Member Associate

who is a natural people person, loves kids, and thrives in a busy, supportive environment.

This role is an active, hands-on position that focuses on supporting moms, babies, and kids in the clinic, helping with patient flow, and creating a positive experience for every family that walks through our doors.

POSITION DETAILS

The ideal candidate is someone who loves to go out of their way to make a mom's or child's day better. This position is

active and interactive

-- you'll be moving around the clinic, helping moms with babies, playing with kids, holding little ones when needed, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting moms and families during visits Supporting patient flow through the clinic (room setup, transition, flow management) Light reception duties: scheduling, phone communication, patient billing, payment processing Maintaining a calm, supportive, and family-friendly environment Providing follow-up care and connection for practice members Occasionally helping with small children so moms can receive care

Not required, but beneficial:

Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or health & wellness settings.

Software:

Knowledge of Jane App is an asset, but we will train the right candidate.

Tuesday - Friday: 9-5

REQUIREMENTS

Childcare experience: 1 year (required)

Jane software experience: (preferred, not required -- training provided)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
