Chiropractic Assistant

Hours:

30-35 hours per week

You love building relationships and creating a space people want to return to. You're the type of person who remembers names, birthdays, and the little things that matter. You're organized, reliable, and take ownership of your role. You have strong communication skills--both in person and online. You're a critical thinker who can make smart decisions and solve problems on the fly. Bonus: You enjoy event planning, social media, or encouraging people to leave a glowing review.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be every patient's go-to person and biggest cheerleader. Manage the front desk and flow of the office with calm confidence. Help patients stay on track with their care plans and celebrate their progress. Create a positive, welcoming, and energetic environment every single day. Support office growth through community events, online engagement, and patient education. Manage patient communications, and represent the voice of our practice.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who wants more than "just a job"--you want to make a difference. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Positive attitude, contagious energy, and willingness to learn. Experience in customer service or admin is a plus--but we're happy to train the right person.
