Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, caring, self-motivated, flexible team player with a positive attitude who loves the idea of helping sick and suffering people get well naturally with chiropractic care.

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and receiving and processing payments. Chiropractic assistants ensure a smooth operation within the chiropractic office and are the face of our fast-paced, well-trusted family practice!

Training is provided; however, previous experience in fast-paced customer service roles or past clinical experience is an asset. Must have fluid computer and word processing skills (MS Word). Must also be able to work and communicate well with other team players.

This is a LONG-TERM POSITION.

It is a FOUR DAY WORK WEEK in a split-shift format: M-W-Th 6-11 a.m.; M-T-W-Th 2-6 p.m. (or when the last patient leaves the office and all administrative tasks are completed in preparation for the next shift).

Ideal start date: August 18th or sooner.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 36 per week
