We are seeking Chiropodist and

a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of clients through therapeutic touch.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess client conditions and discuss their medical history to determine appropriate treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after treatments. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience. Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and any changes in client conditions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and address their concerns effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding between therapist and client. Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome recent graduates as well. Pay: $37.91-$89.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
