Job Summary
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a garment manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong leadership and communication skills chinese speaking Solid understanding of production workflows, quality control, and team coordination Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met Manage and train production staff to maintain high efficiency and quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
