The Children's Worker plays a vital role in supporting the emotional, educational, and spiritual development of children within our community. This position involves working closely with children in various settings, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them navigate challenges and grow into confident individuals. Responsibilities

Provide bereavement support and hospice care to children coping with loss or illness. Facilitate educational and recreational activities that promote learning and personal growth. Teach essential life skills through engaging programs tailored to children's needs. Demonstrate leadership by guiding children in group settings and encouraging teamwork. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships. Plan and execute events that foster community engagement and support for children's programs. Utilize experience with children to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Offer Christian counseling to provide spiritual guidance when appropriate. Mentor children by setting positive examples and providing constructive feedback. Participate in fundraising initiatives to support program development and sustainability. Collaborate with social work professionals to address the diverse needs of children.
