Job Description

Children Animators \xe2\x80\x93 Specialized After School Activities Animation KIDZ and Bricks 4 Kidz are a company that specialize in children\xe2\x80\x99s programming. We provide specialized activities (robotics, coding, arts, woodburning, lego, sports, etc.) for children ages 5 to 15. We aim to make it as fun as possible for both the children and the animator. Please note that we are looking for serious applicants only who would like part time work and have access to a vehicle. Must speak French. Position Information:

• Location: Montreal, West-Island, and Laval (must be able to commute to any of these areas)
• Time: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 6pm for after school programs. We work around your availability and it does not have to be every day of the week.
• This position is contract work. More details provided during hiring process.
• Salary: 20-35/hour depending on the contract
• Looking for people with access to vehicle and license (to transport the materials and to commute to the locations)
• The position consists of providing 45 minute to 1 hour long activities for the children either at lunch or after school.
• Training is provided
• Possibility to do other events or programs (ped days, birthday parties, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols
• Organize activities
• Supervision of group
• Administer First Aid
• Discipline children when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Bilingual (English/French)
• License and access to a vehicle

Assets:

• First Aid Certification (will be required to get once hired)
• Childcare experience (babysitting, camp, education)
