Level 3 Early Childhood Educator

who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to early learning.

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a key role in guiding students through meaningful learning experiences, creating environments that inspire exploration, and supporting a culture of respect and care within the classroom community. You will serve as a leader and mentor to fellow Educators, helping to maintain the high standard of excellence that defines Blum.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences rooted in Montessori and Reggio philosophies Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment that fosters independence, creativity, and joy Support and mentor team members, modeling professional practices and collaborative care Observe, document, and communicate student learning stories and developmental progress with families Build warm, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues Ensure compliance with Alberta Child Care Licensing regulations and Blum's high-quality standards
Qualifications:

Alberta Child Development Supervisor (Level 3) Certification A passion for early learning and a commitment to nurturing the whole child Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Experience in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or emergent curriculum is considered an asset Current First Aid/CPR and clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$45.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
