Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive care and support for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves not only supervising children but also engaging them in educational activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering their development.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outdoor activities. Prepare meals and snacks for the children while adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. Assist with homework and educational tasks to promote learning and development. Maintain a safe and clean environment by organizing play areas and ensuring all toys are safe for use. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise. Foster a positive relationship with the children to encourage trust and emotional well-being.

Skills

Proven experience working with children in various settings, including babysitting or childcare roles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable. Strong caregiving skills that emphasize safety, nurturing, and emotional support for children. Ability to create engaging classroom-like environments that stimulate learning through play. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents.

Pay: $788.25-$1,431.56 per week
