Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. This role requires a strong commitment to caregiving and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and bedtime. Provide support for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met with patience and understanding. Maintain a clean and organized environment for play and learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Foster a positive relationship with children to encourage trust and emotional security.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational capacity is required. Familiarity with child development principles and practices is preferred. Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being.

Pay: $728.00-$1,431.56 per week
