We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves engaging with children in various activities, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their developmental needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them navigate social interactions. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive childcare experience. Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and transitions between activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting or similar environment. Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong teaching skills to facilitate engaging learning experiences. Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A genuine love for caregiving and supporting children's growth and development.
