Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. This role is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to engage them in meaningful activities that promote their development. Experience with children, particularly in a classroom setting or caregiving role, is highly valued. We are looking for educators with Level 2 or 3.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development. Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team approach to child development. Observe and document children's behavior and developmental milestones.

Skills

Strong background in early childhood education or related field. Experience working with children in various settings, including classrooms or caregiving environments. Ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Understanding of the developmental needs of children, including those with disabilities. Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities effectively.
