Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the overall development of each child. Utilize effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks. Incorporate technology into the classroom through computer operation for educational purposes. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs or disabilities. Promote bilingual education by integrating language learning into daily activities.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes is required. Bilingual candidates are highly valued; proficiency in French is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
