About the role

Our Martensville location is seeking a caring and dependable team member to provide classroom coverage while our Early Childhood Educators are on their lunch breaks. This is a great mid-day role for someone who enjoys working with children and wants consistent, short shifts.

What you'll do

Supervise children during play, routines, and rest periods while educators are on break. Follow established classroom routines and maintain a safe, positive environment. Support children's transitions (to/from lunch, outdoor play, nap prep, etc.). Communicate with educators to ensure smooth hand-offs before and after coverage. Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times.

What you bring

A warm, patient, and reliable presence. Availability between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (flexible availability). Experience working with children (childcare, camps, schools, volunteering, or similar) is an asset. Current:

+ Standard First Aid & CPR-C (would be an asset)
+ Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
+ Early Childhood Educator Level I or no Level
