Job Description

The Childcare Supervisor supports the Childcare Services Manager with the direction, management, and coordination of the Municipal Childcare Centre operations.

This position assists the Childcare Services Manager and Centre staff in creating a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and accessible early learning environment with programming designed to promote a child's optimal development and readiness to learn.

The Childcare Supervisor will provide guidance to Registered ECE Teachers, Program Assistants, parents, and caregivers by providing information, resources, and the support they need to ensure that all children have the best possible start in life.
