We are seeking a Childcare Teacher/ Flight Crew member to work weekdays - 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Plus other offers to be discussed if desired like camp times, and Pro-D days.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a course or a combination of courses of at least 20 hours duration which include child development, guidance, health and safety or nutrition or Responsible adult course

Valid First Aid Certificate with CPR-C

Class 4 Driver's license would be considered an asset (or willingness to obtain) and comes with a higher wage Successful completion of Agency screening process, including criminal record check Other qualifications or paperwork will also be requested upon hiring

Job Duties :

Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of a classroom while working with children that includes age-appropriate activities for program participants that include all elements of In Space Childcare Inc. Core Policies. Ensure the program standards, guidelines, and policies of In Space Childcare Inc. are upheld and all Community Care Licensing requirements outlined by Island Heath are being met.

Must be legally able to work in Canada

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
