We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and educational environment. This role involves providing care, supervision, and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development through engaging activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide support for children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on the children's best interests. Observe and assess children's behavior, providing feedback to parents as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a childcare setting or classroom experience is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong teaching skills, with the ability to engage children in learning through play. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for caregiving and supporting children's growth and development.
