Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. This role is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to foster their growth and development through engaging activities and support.

Duties

Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and interests. Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of the children.

Experience

Previous classroom experience is preferred, particularly in early childhood education settings. Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued. A background in teaching or caregiving is beneficial for this role. Proven experience with children in various age groups is essential. A strong understanding of child development principles will enhance your effectiveness as a provider. Pay: $17.95-$26.57 per hour
