Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development while engaging them in educational activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, especially for children with disabilities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a childcare setting or classroom environment is preferred. Strong background in early childhood education or caregiving is essential. Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage children effectively. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being. Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
