Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various needs, including those with disabilities. Duties

Supervise children during daily activities, playtime, and mealtimes to ensure safety and engagement Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development Assist with potty training, diapering, and other personal care routines as needed Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages social skills and emotional growth Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards Assist in managing behavioral issues with patience and positive reinforcement

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education is preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Demonstrated caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and effective communication Background in teaching or child development programs is a plus Proven ability to create engaging learning environments that support children's growth and development

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.20-$18.44 per hour
