Childcare Assistant
Job Description
On The Move Inc is hiring for two child care assistant positions.
The positions are for a child care assistant working the hours of 3:00pm-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) for both positions. One position will be working in our school age program and the other in the preschool in the afternoon with children ranging in ages from 3 to 12 years. The position will guarantee these shifts until Jan 2/26 but may also have the possibility of getting more hours depending upon the centers needs. This position will start asap and be a term position until Jan 2/26 with the possibility of being extended.
The position requires a current criminal record check, child abuse check and emergency first aid training, these can be obtained after being hired.
Experience and flexibility with hours is an asset. Rate of pay is $17-$19.40/hour (this depends on 40 hour childcare training course or equivalent). Must be 18 years or older for this position and live in Winnipeg.
