Taking Care! is the on-site Child and Parent Development Centre of Taking Charge! Our centre is known for providing high quality care for children and exceeding regulatory expectations. We have a dynamic team environment that fosters personal growth and teamwork.
Taking Care! is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Child Care Assistant.
Qualifications:
Experience with infants, toddlers and preschool children Certified in Emergency First Aid / Infant Child CPR Will be required to obtain a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Registry Check with Clearance CCA Certification 40hr early childhood course is an asset Knowledge of emergent curriculum Strong communication skills Strong organization skills Imagination, inventiveness and individuality are welcome in this supportive team environment Flexible and able to work in a high paced environment.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.40 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
