Job Description

We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic child care staff to join our team. Our centres offer a distinct program immersed in nature and with a creative focus on art, music, movement and expression. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for outdoor learning, nature, the arts and working with children!

We are hiring for a temporary full time position that may lead to permanent.

Reports to centre supervisor

Responsibilities:
Provide quality care to children ages 12 months to 5 years Actively engage with children and ensure supervision & safety at all times Plans and implements programming based on centre philosophy Complete documentation of learning experiences/observations of the children Complete child care centre app updates (Lillio) Able to lift frequently (up to 50lbs) Willing and able to work outside for at least 2 hours per day year round
Requirements:

Cost of obtaining certifications will be covered by the company.

Over 18 years of age Up to date first aid & CPR "C" Successful Completion of Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check Up to date immunizations *Food Handler's not required but an asset - willing to obtain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
