Job Description

Waystone Psychology is an active and busy private practice operating in the Ottawa West End since 2016. We're currently seeking to add an additional clinician to our team in order to continue to serve our clients with high quality service in a timely fashion. As a growing practice, we're pleased to provide our team members with the ability to define their practice areas and participate in the development of the culture and atmosphere of the practice. Our core services are the provision of psychological and psychoeducational assessments as well as individual therapy. For this position,

we are seeking an individual with experience offering evidence-based intervention to child clients

. Our clinic provides services to clients across the age range, so team members will also have the capacity to build their skillset and serve a diverse client population, however a core skill is experience and interest working with children.

Part-time or full-time opportunities, with the flexibility to schedule during morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Administrative support for managing caseloads, booking clients, handling client inquiries etc. We also utilize a digital calendaring and booking system.

Psychometric assistance to streamline the testing process for assessments. We have a large assessment tool library, and are able to add desired tools as needed.

Secure videochat platform for telehealth work.

Convenient West-End location, very close to the 417 Highway at Greenbank, with ample free parking.

Offices were freshly renovated in 2021 with excellent soundproofing and comfortable, modern furniture.

Competitive salary options depending on experience

Qualifications



Graduate degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Psychology

Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Psychologists or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario

Demonstrated skills conducting clinical interviews

Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
