Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves providing care and support to children, ensuring their well-being, and fostering their development through various activities. A

for the right candidate, with comfortable accommodation provided.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain cleanliness in the childcare environment, including cleaning play areas, toys, and equipment. Assist with morning and bedtime routines, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed to support children's academic growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.

Skills

Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential. Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks. Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment for children. Ability to provide caregiving that promotes emotional and physical well-being. Teaching skills that foster learning through play and structured activities. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
