Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. This role involves providing care, support, and educational activities for children of various ages, including those with disabilities. The Childcare Provider will play a crucial role in fostering the social, emotional, and physical development of the children in their care.

Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents Shop for food and household supplies Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home Organize, activities such as games and outings for children Prepare and serve nutritious meals Supervise and care for children Take children to and from school and to appointments Tend to emotional well-being of children Help children with homework Cook

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred Skills in cooking, meal preparation, and cleaning are essential for maintaining a nurturing environment Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a valuable asset A background in caregiving or teaching is highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
