Duties

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and positive manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Skills

Experience working with children in various settings is essential. Strong caregiving skills to ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding. Teaching skills that foster educational growth through creative play and structured activities. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
