Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, ensuring their well-being, and facilitating engaging activities that promote learning and development.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development. Provide emotional support and guidance to children, helping them develop social skills and confidence. Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and bathing as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all toys and materials are safe for use. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of the children.

Experience

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and communicate with parents. A nurturing attitude combined with the ability to see through play and structured activities. Must be able to demonstrate patience, creativity, and flexibility in handling various situations that may arise in childcare settings.

Pay: $889.31-$1,507.49 per week
