Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong passion for caregiving and teaching. Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following established safety protocols Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster confidence and independence Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate children's progress and any concerns Implement educational activities that support developmental milestones Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of children, including those with disabilities or special needs Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play

Requirements

Prior experience working with children, especially in caregiving or teaching roles Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Ability to create engaging, educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages Knowledge of safety standards related to childcare environments Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care for children

Pay: $644.00-$1,463.17 per week
