Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning, growth, and positive social interactions. This role involves engaging with children through educational activities, play, and caregiving duties to foster their emotional and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor children to ensure safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, and hygiene practices Provide emotional support and encouragement to children in a caring manner Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Support children with special needs or disabilities as required, ensuring inclusive care Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations related to childcare

Skills

Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices Ability to engage children through creative activities and teaching methods Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and understanding Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus Classroom experience or background in early childhood education is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
