Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. Your primary focus will be to support their development through play, learning activities, and positive interactions. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with children, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children in a classroom setting to ensure their safety and well-being. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide individualized care and attention to each child, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive childcare program that meets the needs of all children.

Skills

Strong background in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience working with children, including those with disabilities. Ability to educate children through engaging activities and play-based learning. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Organizational skills to maintain classroom order and manage multiple tasks effectively. Must have level 2 or 3

Pay: $15.50-$21.55 per hour
