We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the developmental and emotional needs of children in a nurturing environment. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational space for children of various ages, ensuring their well-being and fostering their growth. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality care.
Duties
Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, and mealtime to ensure safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene practices
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary
Foster positive relationships with children to encourage confidence, independence, and social skills
Experience
Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or similar environments is preferred
Experience with caregiving responsibilities including early childhood education techniques is highly desirable
Familiarity with classroom management and curriculum planning is a plus
Background working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to teach basic skills and support early childhood development through engaging activities
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
