BGC Wolf Creek is seeking a Child Care Program Assistant for our Lacombe, Terrace Ridge location. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with children and dedicated to creating a safe and caring environment.
Qualifications:
??Minimum 16 years of age
??Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
??Valid First Aid/CPR certification
??Previous experience working with children is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
??Engage with children in a supportive and nurturing manner
??Ensure programs are operating smoothly through interactive supervision
??Assist the Coordinator/Manager in completing documentation as required
??Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of facilities
??Demonstrate a proactive, appropriate and positive approach to behaviour management issues and conflict resolution situations.
??Assist in program development and ensure compliance with licensing regulations
??Provide leadership to the program when the Program Coordinator is not present
Hours:
??Between 15-20 hours a week (September-June)
??2:45PM-6:00PM Monday to Friday
