Summary

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at the Prospect Road Community Centre. This role is crucial in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children, supporting their development and well-being while aligning with our mission to serve the community.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive care and supervision for children in a safe environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive atmosphere. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare or related fields is preferred. University experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
