Role: Child Care Administrator
Wage: $23.00 per hour Benefits: 10 paid sick days for yourself and family, 6% vacation pay, paid training, full

Program: The YMCA is the largest not-for-profit provider of child care in Canada and
YMCA BC is the largest provider in the north, serving: Chetwynd, Dawson
Creek, Fort St. James, Fort St. John, Prince George, Pouce Coupe, Tumbler
Ridge and Vanderhoof. YMCA Child Care is a home away from home. Responsibilities of this role:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective families, providing comprehensive support and information regarding transportation, program offerings, and
services.
- Collaborate closely with the administration team to ensure accurate and timely reporting,
processes.
- Proactively engage with families via phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries related
management.
- Oversees the daily scheduling of the transportation team in Prince George ensuring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, demonstrating higher business
- Strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with proficiency in problem-solving.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, to facilitate accurate reporting, billing, and
registration of child care participants.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record and ability to provide three satisfactory professional
