Availability: Candidates with Daytime availability will be prioritized

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized support to youth facing behavioral crises and engaging in high

-risk behaviors, including those with complex mental health issues and intellectual or developmental disabilities.

- Provide assistance in various environments, such as schools, residential treatment facilities, hospitals, family homes, and community settings.

- Gather and maintain documentation and data pertinent to each client's unique needs, goals, and programs.

- Execute individualized objectives, including IEPs and BSPs, while utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based methods.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- At least 2 years of full-time experience in supporting children and adolescents with intricate mental health and intellectual challenges, specifically in community outreach or transitional care settings.

- An accredited diploma from a Community College or a degree from a University in a relevant field (e.g., Child and Youth Work, Developmental Services Work, Behavioral Science, etc.).

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying ABA principles.

- Proficient in data collection and analysis.- A recent Broad Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory, with a VSC accepted if conducted within the last six months.- Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.

- Crisis intervention training is required, with certifications such as CPI, SMG, or UMAB being mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
