We are a supportive and collaborative team that values compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist (Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker) to join our team as an independent contractor.

This position offers the flexibility and autonomy of private practice without the administrative burden--allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, assessments, treatment plans) Proficiency in Jane is an asset Collaborate with families and other professionals as needed Participate in professional development and supervision as appropriate Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice

Requirements

Master's degree in counselling, Psychology, Social Work Active registration in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW Minimum 2 years of counselling experience Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families Availability for evenings and select weekends Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload Current professional liability insurance
