Job Overview:

The Chief Blockchain & Investments Officer (CBIO) will lead Bitcoin Real Estate Inc.'s digital asset strategy, tokenization initiatives, and cryptocurrency-based acquisitions. This dual-role executive must possess expertise in both real estate finance and blockchain infrastructure to drive the company's Web3 vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Blockchain Strategy:

Architect tokenization frameworks for real estate assets (REITs, fractional NFTs, DAO governance) Oversee smart contract development for property transactions and revenue distribution Partner with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

Investment Leadership:

Source off-market deals amenable to crypto financing or hybrid fiat/digital transactions Structure deals using stablecoins, Bitcoin-backed loans, or decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols Manage relationships with crypto whales, mining firms, and institutional digital asset holders

Risk & Compliance:

Navigate evolving global regulations for crypto real estate transactions Implement AML/KYC protocols for blockchain-based property investments Hedge digital asset exposure through strategic fiat conversions or derivatives

Qualifications:

10+ years in real estate private equity, investment banking, or asset management 5+ years hands-on experience in blockchain/crypto (CeFi, DeFi, or tokenization projects) Deep network in both institutional real estate and Web3 ecosystems Technical understanding of smart contracts (Solidity, Chainlink, or asset tokenization platforms) MBA, CFA, or related advanced degree preferred
