Perform and validate quantity take-offs to ensure precision in contract specifications and pricing.

Maintain a client-focused approach to ensure estimates meet pricing expectations and project goals.

Foster strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to support project success.

Champion innovation by exploring creative solutions and leveraging digital tools to enhance estimating practices.

Review project scope thoroughly to ensure all technical specifications, subcontractor scopes, and general conditions are addressed.

Identify, quantify, and communicate project risks and opportunities.

Develop and implement winning bid strategies aligned with company objectives.

Continuously improve estimating standards, procedures, and tools, and promote best practices.

Mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Celebrate team successes and contribute to a smooth transition into project execution.
