What We Will Achieve Together
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a central role in overseeing all sales support teams, including customer service, logistics, repair centers, and any other departments assigned to you. Reporting directly to the President, you will optimize operational processes, harmonize workflows, and ensure consistency and quality in the services provided to our clients. You will develop operational strategies that support business performance and foster sustainable growth. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating and guiding teams while ensuring that all operations comply with internal standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's operations across multiple departments (sales support teams, customer service, logistics, repair centers).
  • Work closely with the executive team to define and execute strategic objectives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Manage operational budgets and optimize resources.
  • Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, and speed of service.
  • Align operations across departments to ensure consistency with strategic business objectives.
  • Actively participate in strategic and operational planning with management to support growth and business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose improvement plans.
  • Mentor, train, and develop teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the telecommunications sector and best practices to enhance services and operations.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Significant operational management experience (10+ years), ideally in telecommunications or retail.
  • Proficiency with operational management tools (ERP, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong skills in change management, process optimization, and financial management.
  • Motivational leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational rigor.
  • Solid skills in process optimization and operational management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
Conditions and Benefits
  • Start Date: Early 2026
  • Salary: Annual salary between $120,000 and $150,000, plus an annual bonus up to 10%.
  • Group Insurance: Fully covered by the employer from day one.
  • Profit Sharing Plan: Employer contribution of 1% to your retirement savings.
  • Vacation and Leave: 4 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days per year.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required in the three provinces where we operate (Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick).
