The Opportunity





As BrandActive continues to scale, we are hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the driver behind the execution across our go-to-market (GTM) functions. Reporting to the SVP, Growth, this role drives cross-functional accountability, manages complex strategic initiatives, and ensures consistent progress toward our highest-priority goals. This is a central role that blends project leadership, operational discipline, and strategic coordination to maximize organizational effectiveness and reduce reliance on senior leaders for tactical follow-through.

be responsible for orchestrating the systems, processes, and cadences that unify sales, marketing, content, and partnerships, ensuring initiatives move forward on time, stakeholders are aligned, and execution gaps are identified and resolved. Responsibilities




Leadership




Serve as the operational backbone for BrandActive's go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring that campaigns, content, sales initiatives, partnerships, and strategic offerings are executed effectively and aligned to business goals Create, and then own and evolve the GTM initiative tracker and performance scorecard, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to high-priority work across teams Drive cross-functional alignment and execution readiness, coordinating handoffs between marketing, sales, content, and partnerships to support collaboration, proactivity and successfully achieve milestones Serve as a people leader, setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and helping direct reports grow in strategic thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional execution Lead weekly workstream check-ins and campaign timeline reviews, ensuring timelines are met, roadblocks are addressed, challenges are anticipated and mitigated proactively, and interdependencies are resolved Track execution progress on major initiatives, including campaigns, speaking engagements, partnership actions, and strategic offerings such as AI and wayfinding, maintaining visibility from planning through to delivery Translate strategy into operational clarity, ensuring that what we aim to do is clearly defined, resourced, and actionable across all teams Support social selling and partnership enablement, helping translate relationship-building efforts into coordinated actions, tracked follow-through, and measurable results (in partnership with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Marketing) Manage the execution layer of strategic offering development, coordinating resources, sequencing internal actions, and ensuring teams are aligned to bring offerings to market Hold vendors accountable to delivery milestones and scope adherence for brand and website initiatives, while aligning internal stakeholders and timelines Act as a force multiplier to senior leadership, providing structured follow-through and organizational momentum that allows leaders to focus on strategy, decision-making, and relationship development Continuously assess operational health and performance blockers, proposing smarter, faster, better ways to streamline GTM execution Serve as the internal point of coordination for external agency collaboration, ensuring clarity around scopes, deliverables, and team integration across marketing and brand projects Maintain visibility into partner relationship progress, performance, and enablement needs in collaboration with Strategy and Operations, Sales Operations, and Marketing Track partnership accountability at a strategic level,
escalating gaps, clarifying roles, and supporting cross-functional follow-through as needed

Qualifications and Experience




Education and Experience




7+ years of experience in operations, strategic project leadership, or business transformation, ideally within or adjacent to sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or marketing functions Demonstrated success in orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on aligning execution to business priorities and revenue growth Skilled at creating structure and momentum in fast-paced environments, balancing detail-oriented follow-through with big-picture clarity Brings a commercial lens to decision-making, able to anticipate what GTM teams need to succeed and prioritize work that enables revenue impact Adept at simplifying internal processes and streamlining handoffs to reduce friction for those who lead client-facing conversations Experience working closely with sales or marketing teams to launch campaigns, refine enablement tools, or translate insights into action Comfortable serving as the connective tissue across leadership, sales, and marketing, clarifying roles, timelines, and ownership to ensure forward progress Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to engage and influence across all levels of the organization High integrity, growth mindset, and collaborative approach * Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, 6sense or Outreach is a strong asset
