The CIO is responsible for developing and executing the company\'s investment strategy, ensuring that all investments are aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives. The job responsibilities would include overseeing all aspects of the company\'s investment portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. The CIO must be able to analyze and evaluate potential investments, perform due diligence, negotiate transactions, and manage risk. In addition, the CIO must work collaboratively with other members of the executive team to develop and implement business plans, and ensure that investments are in line with the company\'s overall growth strategy. The CIO should possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, economic trends, and regulatory issues that may affect the company\'s investments. A CIO must have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of investment professionals and work effectively with external partners, such as brokers, lenders, and investors. They should also have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors. Balancing strategic vision with practical execution to drive value and ensure the company\'s long-term success. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• Weekend availability
