Duties

Provide flight training in various aircraft types, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Evaluate student performance through flight tests and assessments, offering constructive feedback for improvement. Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning pace and style. Maintain accurate records of student progress and training hours. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence. Stay current with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all training activities.

Requirements

Extensive experience with aviation regulations and standards. Strong abilities in leadership and management. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. The ability to establish and implement training programs. Strong dedication to quality and safety. The ability to function effectively under pressure.
